DSJ Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our client's team in Austin, TX. Our client is a leader in the FoodBev industry, offering an exciting opportunity for someone with procurement management experience preferably for produce products.
Responsibilities of Senior Procurement Manager:
- Lead a team of professionals responsible for material planning, scheduling negotiating sourcing and procurement.
- Develop strategies that will optimize efficiency while minimizing costs throughout the entire supply chain process
- Oversee supplier selection processes including contract management negotiations
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally across all departments as well as externally
Qualifications of Senior Procurement Manager:
- 3-5+ years Buyer/Purchasing experience
- Experience leading a team of procurement professionals
- Relevant experience working within FoodBev industry, preferrably produce
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in business administration/supply chain or other related fields
