A top Plastics Manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor - Plastic Molding to oversee the operations at their Pennsylvania facility.
This Production Supervisor - Plastic Molding will be responsible for overall design and construction of tools in the facility. They will ensure all Mold Components are cleaned properly ensuring no cross die contamination.
The Production Supervisor - Plastic Molding will have the following responsibilities:
- Operating tools including CNC Lathes, Milling, and Grinding Machines
- Operate CNC, CAM, and other computer programming
- Design, Operate, and Maintain all Blow Molding Molds
- Identify when molds need repairs
- Handle all damage and required maintenance of Molds to Mold Manager
The ideal Production Supervisor - Plastic Molding candidate will have the following skillset:
- Completion of Tool and Die Program
- 3+ years of Experience in a Mold Maker Setting
- Experience working with Metal preferred
- Functional knowledge of 3D packaging
- Strong Time Management skills
- Ability to follow procedures effectively
