A leading food production company is seeking a driven Production Supervisor to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with leading professionals to ensure production operations are completed safely and efficiently.
The ideal Production Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
- Document accurate production records and statistics
- Oversee and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure efficiency of production operations
- Train new team members
- Oversee inspections of facility machinery
- Collaborate with other department leaders
The Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a food production setting
- Strong history of continuous improvement initiatives
- LEAN / Six Sigma Certifications a plus
- Working knowledge of HAACP and GMP principles
- Familiarity with LEAN concepts such as 5s, TPM, Kanban, Kaizen, etc.
- Working knowledge of CMMS
