Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining quality engineering methodologies
- Providing quality engineering support with new product development, manufacturing or system support
- Implement process control systems to support the development and manufacturing of products to exceed internal/external requirements
- Lead/mentor entry level employees
- Assist in development and execution of streamlined business systems
- Apply problem-solving methodologies in identifying and resolving quality issues
- Conduct experiments for process optimization/improvement
- Document experiment plans, results, protocol writing and reports
- Lead process control and CTQ parameters monitoring
- Implement process improvements with a Lean mindset
- Run the completion of risk analysis
- Support all initiatives in support of Quality and Environmental Management Systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education & work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering
- Demonstrated use of Quality tools/methodologies
- Extensive knowledge of GMP/FDA
- Advanced computer skills (including data analysis/report writing skills)
- Experience implementing various product/process improvement methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Meets deadlines in a timely manner
