Tasks:
- Handling of 8D complaints, warranty processing, including negotiation of technical factors and collective approval with the customer.
- Customer communication during ongoing operations including self-reports, special approvals, etc.
- Managing external sorting companies and organising potential sorting activities, etc.
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of customer audits and visits.
- Handling of portals.
- Providing evidence of capability indicators and special features to the customer.
- Planning, controlling, and executing product audits (VDA 6.5) and stock audits.
- Ensuring compliance with contractually agreed delivery quality.
- Conducting employee training on quality requirements (initial training).
- Monitoring of rejects, tracking related metrics.
- Ensuring impeccable documentation during changes in the production area.
- Re qualification according to customer requirements.
- Supporting Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP) in process changes.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed technical education or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in the field of quality, ideally in a customer-oriented environment.
- Confident handling of customers and suppliers.
- Practical and pragmatic approach.
- DGQ / TรV certification(s) advantageous (Auditor, Product Auditor VDA 6.5, Quality Specialist, -Officer, -Manager, or equivalent training).
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Very good English skills both written and spoken.
- Assertive demeanor internally and externally.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
