- Take pro-active approach in planning account strategy across products
- Identify new opportunities and expand the company's share of customer's logistics spend, through up and cross-selling
- Work closely with customers to understand their goals, strategic initiative and needs
- Collaborate closely with regional and country team to coordinate account activities
- Lead optimization initiatives to improve productivity and manage KPI
- Develop relevant internal and external metrics to measure performance
