Responsibilities:
As the Senior Supply Planning Manager, you will lead a team of 10 planners responsible for end-to-end (E2E) supply chain management using SAP software. Your primary role will be to ensure that all products are delivered on time while maintaining optimal inventory levels across multiple sites globally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
- At least 7 years' experience working as a supply planner within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Strong understanding of E2E processes and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
