Your tasks:
- Ensuring the quality planning of suppliers by evaluating and enforcing compliance.
- Formulating guidelines to establish quality requirements for suppliers.
- Coordinating and overseeing approval activities across specialist departments.
- Participating in the development of strategically important suppliers to ensure quality and on-time performance.
- Conducting internal and external audits, identifying weaknesses and deviations, and initiating corrective actions.
- Managing the acceptance of first article inspections (FAIs).
- Engaging in purchasing projects such as implementing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) within the supply chain.
- Optimizing work processes to ensure reliability.
- Conducting error analyses and initiating corrective actions.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or similar field.
- Knowledge of auditing with additional qualifications as an auditor preferred.
- Proficiency in APQP methodologies, including FAI and FMEA.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations is advantageous.
- Proficient in both German and English.
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Initiative and assertiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
