We are currently supporting the global market-leading flow control and instrumentation company in their search for a Supply Chain ERP Subject Matter Expert. Our partner helps their customers manager the flow of liquids, gasses and powders across many industries worldwide and they have recently invested £100million globally into an exciting ERP (D365) upgrade project.
This role will be responsible for delivering the Supply Chain Operations Optimisation, in particular the migration of 20+ entities from their legacy operations system to the new ERP system, representing areas of supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute Business System Assessments with entities to ready entities for system implementation.
- Develop gap analysis to deliver and execute a program to remove gaps before system deployment
- Act as a global point of contact for the D365 implementation program between the project and the operations function for the Logistics + Warehouse functional area
- Liaise with global process owner, business analysts and enterprise architects to maintain and continuously improve operations processes
- Lead global factory leadership groups and SMEs through change-management
- Prepare content for change management workshops and drive through process optimisation and best practices with each site.
Key skills:
- Proficient knowledge/experience of Key Operations processes within a manufacturing supply chain
- Business Process development in one or more business areas of logistics/supply chain/manufacturing/production
- Experience working on a substantial change project or upgrade of an ERP system
- Experience in D365 is highly advantageous
