Title: Supply Chain Manager
Summary: A leading manufacturer in the Food/ Consumer industry is looking to bring on a Supply Chain Manager to their team in the Chicago area. With an annual revenue of over $360M, this client manufactures various natural products such as supplements and proteins for consumer markets. With this, you will be responsible for leading the operations planning process and aligning production, demand, and supply.
The Manager's Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain planning processes and production planning for raw materials
- Manage the production schedules to align with forecasts
- Present and lead within the S&OP Process meetings
- Align the customer forecasts with inventory management to achieve on-time delivery
- Cross collaborate with the Supply & Demand Planning teams
- Manage a team of 2 production supervisors
The Manager's Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management or similar field
- 5+ year's experience in supply chain, planning, or related space
- APICS certification preferred
- Strong proficiency in Oracle and ERP/ MRP Systems
