We are currently working with an exciting distributor to the steel coating industry in their search for a Supply Chain Management Team Lead to join their dynamic team in Landsberg am Lech. In this position you will be responsible for the optimisation and implementation of supply chain and logistics best practices as well as developing your team to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities include:
- End to End Supply Chain Management.
- Customer service including customer escalation conversations with customers.
- Materials management.
- Overseeing demand and production planning.
- Disciplinary responsibility of a small team.
- Supplier management.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable history leading and developing a team.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain software.
- Experience implementing best practices and process optimisation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
