A global defense manufacturer is looking to hire a Process Engineer to their growing team. As a Process Engineer you will oversee thin film manufacturing processes for III-V laser diodes.
Responsibilities:
- Leading process improvement teams to increase throughput of optical thin films.
- Developing and continuously improving manufacturing processes to reduce scrap and increase quality.
- Collecting and leveraging data to suggest improvements to current manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Optics or Electronics
- Knowledge of semiconductor lasers.
- Understanding of thin film manufacturing.
- Strong communication and project management skills
