Responsibility:
- Expansion and further development of the core business in this trade lane with a focus on customers in the gold and platinum categories
- Preparation, organization and follow-up of national and international sales trips and marketing campaigns
- Implementation of new business
- Initiation and leadership in the development and expansion of sea, air and rail freight products in cooperation with product management
- Relationship management and technical support for all internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge Transfer: Enthusiasm of the organisation for the trade lane
- Competition and market observation with the aim of deriving profitable and sustainable measures (positive GP and EBIT effect)
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training, desirable as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services or a completed degree
- At least five years of professional experience in a forwarding company specializing in air and sea freight
- Proven successes in both operational and sales areas
- Good user knowledge in the areas of MS Office, Outlook, Cargosoft/Cargowise, CRM NOW/Applix
- High process affinity in order to be able to understand and describe even complex customer requirements
- Very good German and English language skills
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a professional demeanour
- Ability to work in a team and a high degree of self-motivation and organisation
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented and solution-oriented thinking and acting
