Adrian Harris is a Total Commercial Cost management individual who has worked over a broad portfolio of industries including Industrial, Retail and now Pharmaceuticals for some of the world’s largest organisations.

During this time he has been looking at highly complex projects from Transformations, Global Category Management, and Growth Strategies to Integration and Separation.

In his current position at Novartis, he is supporting the divestment of the Generics Division looking at procurement function organisational design, compliance across all 3rd party contracts and assisting efforts to ensure the new organisation will be ready for IPO listing. In his previous role as Head of Procurement APMA, he was responsible for over US$1B in 3rd party spend and was instrumental in creating the strategy for Cost Management.
